My wife and I had an afternoon wedding and were looking for a live musician that would play from the reception onwards. After searching online and listening to several bands we came across Jake. Initially we were attracted to the simplicity of the sole guitar and how talented a musician he is. After an initial phone call, we could tell that he was a professional and someone who would listen to what our vision was for the day and not try to force his opinions on to us. To be honest, I was a little worried what instrumental music would be like and if our guests would find it a little too simple. But we decided to book with Jake because of his professionalism, talent and attitude. We are so glad we did. Jake was excellent. He could really read the crowd, he knew exactly when to take a break, when to play softer or louder and simply created a great ambiance for our special day.
If we had to do it all over again we would still choose Jake.
