Graydon Hall Manor is one of Toronto’s most stunning wedding venues. To me, it’s the city’s Palace of Versailles.

This was a perfect day in so many ways. Alain is a guitarist as well. Very much a musician’s musician. It’s always a pleasure to play when you know there are some discerning ears out there.

I had the pleasure of meeting Alain & Maja in the winter while they were traveling through the city. Alain brought up the idea of joining me for a quick jam during the cocktail hour.

We put together a version of ‘Wind Cries Mary’ by Jimi Hendrix. I covered the rhythm parts, with Alain taking care of all the leads–note for note, and with incredible flair.
