It has been an early start for weddings this year.

Normally, April is occupied mostly by taxes and other administrative work. Thankfully, though, this year has been decidedly different.

Last weekend saw a couple of great shows. Saturday I performed for a wedding at Vintage Hotels’ Pillar & Post (Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON). I’ve worked here a number of times before. It is a beautiful old hotel that literally takes up a city block. Full of century-charm, it’s a beautiful place to hold an event.

Sunday I performed for another wedding at the Glenerin Inn (Mississauga, ON). In keeping with the weekend’s vintage theme, the Glenerin Inn certainly did not disappoint. Quaint charm, combined with a beautiful sounding room made for a wonderful evening.

This weekend, I’m looking forward to another return engagement at the Inn on the Twenty (Jordan, ON). I’ve been here many times before. Hands-down, it’s one of my favourite places to play in the area.

In other news, I’m working on a series of new instrumental recordings. I just finished a cover of Adele’s Make You Feel My Love, and Maroon 5’s She Will Be Loved. These will online shortly.
